  • send you free merchandise and banners.

  • set up an online event form to take registrations (as a private or public event).

  • help you to promote your walk.

  • provide you with flyers to hand out to say why you are doing this.

Then
...share your walk with family, friends and colleagues.
...encourage everyone who participates to have the conversations with their family.
